William Mann Sr.

WILLIAM was 89 years of age at the time of his death. He served honorably in the United States armed forces during World War II, and went on to a career in the steel industry, where he worked his way up to the position of plant manager. He raised a family, and will be dearly missed by his son, Bill, Jr. and adoring grandchildren. William was laid to rest in Detroit's Holy Cross Cemetery; the committal service was officiated by Rev. Dr. Steven B. Schafer, and included full military honors with a flag folding and presentation. Please share a memory or condolence.
