Stephen Jurak

STEPHEN was 89 years old when he died peacefully at home in Livonia. He is the beloved husband of Vencenza (nee. Bonfiglio), and dear father of Michele (Charles) Bietler, Stephen (Mary Ann), and Anna Marie Jurak. Stephen is also survived by grandchildren: Andrea, Charles, Marie, Robert, Theresa, Sarah, and Matthew. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Stephen was a U.S. Army veteran of WW-II, and a retired supervisor at Fleetwood/Fisher Body Cadillac Division. Stephen was dedicated to his family and his church; he was a member of St. Scholastica Parish for 22 years, and a member and usher at St. Priscilla Catholic Church for 32 years. He loved to golf and bowl. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24th from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm. A ROSARY will be prayed at 3 pm. Stephen will be in-state on Monday at 9:30 am until the time of Mass at 10 am at St. Priscilla Catholic Church, 19120 Purlingbrook Road off of 7 Mile Road. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association and envelopes are available at the funeral home. Please share a memory of Stephen.
