He also loved music, and there was always music in his home whether it be on the record player, CD player, or his own singing. He had beautiful voice too! In their later years, Bob and Betty loved to do the morning paper crossword puzzles, watching favorite TV shows and old reruns, and playing cards with friends and neighbors. Bob loved every sport imaginable. He bowled in several leagues, pitched and coached softball, golfed, played volleyball, and loved to fish with friends or alone in the middle of his parent’s up north lake for hours. What a perfect excuse for peace and quiet! He also loved watching sports on TV, especially his beloved Tigers. Bob is survived by his Daughter Kathy (Rick) Goeckel; grandson, Rick, and great granddaughter, Alexis. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty and dear grandson, Rob.
