Raymond Alvin Olthouse

Raymond (Ray) A. Olthouse, age 96, of Livonia, Michigan, passed away on August 25, 2023.

Ray was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on July 6, 1927 to George and Ada.  He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and then graduated from University of Detroit with a bachelor degree in accounting.

Ray was married to June Patricia (Pat) for 39 years.

Ray worked as an accountant for Lamina, Inc., a tool & die company, and then was promoted to secretary-treasurer and then president.

Ray enjoyed hiking, sailing, and model trains.

Ray is survived by his children Ron, Lyn (Steve), and Laura (Kevin).  He is also survived by his grandchildren Derek, Jill, and Colleen.

Ray is preceded in death by his wife Pat and his parents George and Ada.
