Raymond A. Gawel

RAY was 84 years of age at the time of his death, in Farmington Hills. He is the beloved husband of Kazimiera, with whom he shared his life for 57 blessed years. Ray is the dearest father of Ray, Jr., Anthony, and Jeanette. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 13th from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a Rosary prayed at 7 p.m. The body will be in state for final visitation on Wednesday, March 14th, 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m., at the St. Priscilla Catholic Church located at 19120 Purlingbrook Road in Livonia. The funeral will conclude with Military Honors conducted by the United States Army, in which Ray served honorably. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to organizations supporting COPD research and patients. American Lung Association envelopes will be available.
