Nolan David Hannis, 22, of Livonia, MI passed away on May 21, 2019. Nolan was born in Ft. Worth, TX on August 27, 1996, added to the family of Mark, Susie and big brother Erick. He graduated from Franklin H.S. and continued his education at Schoolcraft College where he was working towards completion of their welding program, while also working at RK Boring, a machine shop. Nolan’s girlfriend of nearly 4 years is Olivia Ghedotti. She is a treasured part of Nolan’s family. In addition to working in machining and welding, he loved being outdoors, camping, concerts and genuinely interested in how things were made. He was very active in soccer from a young age through high school and his teams won many tournaments and championships, graduating Franklin H.S. with senior status lettering in soccer. When he wasn’t working or attending to school, he spent as much time as possible being active with friends – especially enjoying bonfires, kayaking and on quiet moments he enjoyed his hammock. Nolan’s remaining family are his parents, Mark and Susie Hannis, his brother, Erick Hannis, his girlfriend, Olivia Ghedotti, his grandparents, Carolyn and Ed Rice, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his favorite pets Jax and Roo. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Winifred “Ruth” Milford. Visitation for Nolan will be held Saturday, May 25th from 11:00 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 pm at Mt.
