Laurette C. Marquis

Laurette Clementine Marquis passed into eternal rest on the morning of March 15, 2015. She was 96 years of age. She is the beloved wife of the late J. Raymond.  Laurette is the dear Mother of Fr. Joseph (Mary), Richard (Linda), and Raymond E. (Nancy).  She is also the grandmother of 3, and survived by her loving siblings: Adreath "Dee" Olson, Lawrence (Elizabeth) Rochon, Bernard Rochon (Judith F. Cardenas), Rita Morche; and many nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends on Friday, March 20th from 2-8PM with a Parastas prayer service at 7PM.  Final visiting will take place during Laurette's In-state period on Saturday morning, March 21st from 9AM until time of Divine Liturgy at 10AM, at Sacred Heart Byzantine Catholic Church. The church is located at 29125 West Six Mile Road (E of Middlebelt) Livonia 48154.  Laurette will be buried, privately, beside her husband, at the Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Laurette, be made to the church.  Please share a memory or thought in Laurette's guest book.
