Kaye Diann "Nee Haase" Cole

KAYE died at her home in Westland at the age of 64. Born in Highland Park, she was a lifelong resident of Michigan, graduating from Bentley High School and working most recently for National City Bank. She was a graduate medical assistant and also worked as a comptometer operator for Burroughs Corporation. Kaye was preceded in death by her mother, Leona Flanagan in 2003, her father Wilbert Haase in 1964, stepfather Tom Flanagan in 1988, and her late husband Edmund Cole in 2006. Kaye is the dear mother of two children, Wendy Cole of Zeeland, MI and John Cole of Smyrna, TN. She is also survived by two grandchildren, sister, Mrs. Alan G. (Gail) Hering of West Olive, MI, her dear friend, Sherry Harvey, and nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday July 17th from 7 to 9 pm, and Wednesday 9:30 am until the time of funeral service 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
