JUNE was a Livonia resident for 60 years until her death at the age of 91. She was born in Minnesota in 1917, the beloved wife of the late Vernon. She is the dearest mother of James (Gaynell), Karyn Christensen, Nancy, and Susan; and is also survived by 7 adoring grandchildren and 8 precious great-grandchildren. June is the loving sister of Patricia Eikos, Ruth Eckles, and Molly Johnson, and dear sister-in-law of Florence Johnson. The family will welcome visitors on Monday, June 15th from 3 to 9 p.m. June will be In-State on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service which will begin at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew's United Methodist Church located at 30900 6 Mile Road in Livonia. Reverend Mary Margaret Eckhardt will officiate and a procession to Parkview Memorial Cemetery, will follow the service. The family suggests memorials to the Michigan Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Please share a memory or condolence.
