John S. Thomas

John was 91 years of age at the time of his death. He was preceded in death, this past winter, by his dear wife, Margaret "Peg."

A veteran of the Army Air Corps, and retired from Ford Motor Company where he enjoyed a career as an electrical engineer, John is the dear father of:
Carol Ann (Michael) Young, John (cindy) Thomas, James (Jennifer) Thomas, and Michael (Cindy) Thomas.

He is the loving grandfather of Deanna, Allison, Christipher, Chelsea, Ian, James Jr., Nicole, Matthew, Ryan, and Breanna.

John and Peg were also blessed with great grandchildren:  Amanda, Asher, Dylan, Brandon, and Olivia.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening, May 9th from 5 pm to 8 pm with a Rosary prayed by Deacon Tom Mohan, at 7 pm.

Final visiting will take place on Saturday morning, May 10th at 9:30 am at the Church of the Transfiguration, 25225 Code Road in Southfield, which is north of 10 Mile Road and west of Lahser Road, in Southfield.

Burial will take place privately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
