Jeffrey Thomas Forth

JEFFREY was 56 years of age, the loving companion of Sue Hughes and dear father Kelly (Raymond) Dove, Shaun, and Scott. Jeff is also survived by grandchildren: Keith, Gabrielle, Autumn, Ryan and Emiline; and Brothers: James Forth and Patrick Terrence Forth. Jeff is the beloved nephew of Bill and Nancy Williams. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, June 18th from 2 to 9 pm. Funeral Services will be on Thursday morning at 11 am, at the funeral home. Please share a memory of Jeff, with the family.
