Jean Marlene Bamberger

Jean Marlene Bamberger, 88 years young of Casco MI, passed away on February 1, 2024.

Jean was born in Washington, PA on July 2, 1935 to Charles Kenneth Cahill and Ella Rena Cahill.

Jean was joined in matrimony to Francis Xavier Marcoux Jr. on February 13,1954.

Jean worked as a quality control inspector for an automotive supply company.

She enjoyed baking homemade pies and bread, gardening, camping, hunting and other outdoor activities. She was also treasurer of her bowling league and enjoyed bingo and playing board games.

Jean is survived by her children Jean Marcoux, Francis Marcoux, Kenneth Marcoux, Patricia (Dave) Stadwick, Emma (Jim) Hodgson, Anthony (Karen) Bamberger; siblings Dolores (Jackie) Fisher, Kenneth (Joan) Cahill, Joyce Young, along with twenty grandchildren and loved by several nieces and nephews.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents Charles Cahill and Ella Cage, ex-husband Francis Marcoux, husband Anthony Bamberger, daughter Linda Marcoux, son Dwayne Marcoux, siblings Jane Amos, Patricia Kanouse, Charles Cahill, Dorothea (Geri) Hoff, Thomas (Bobby) Cahill, Rena Surrett, Edward Cage, and granddaughter Heather Marcoux.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM with her funeral service at 6:30 PM at Manns Family Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt, Livonia 48154.
