James Allen "Jim" Renke

James “Jim” Allen Renke, 71, of Livonia, Michigan passed away on October 17, 2019.   Jim was born May 20, 1948 in Detroit to Melvin Eugene and Betty Christina Renke. He graduated from Lance Cruse High School.   On June 2, 1978, Jim married Bettie and they were married for 41 years.   Jim is survived by his wife, Bettie; children, Dawn (Gary) Brazier, the late Alexander “AJ” (Beth) Renke, Sean (Karen) Keliher, Dianne (Robert) Kozdron, Evan (Stacey) Keliher, and Michelle (Clint) Brown; grandchildren, Tyler, Sierra, Samantha, Kyle, Octavia, Lara, Kaylee, and Aiden; sister, Janice (Phil) Kerwin.   Visitation for Jim will be held Monday, October 21, 2019 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM with the Funeral Service at 7:00 PM at Manns Family Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt, Livonia 48154.   Burial will take place Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 9:30 AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly 48441.   Memorial donations in memory of Jim may be made to Angela Hospice or Michigan Humane Society.
