Henry was 74 at the time of his death, in Farmington Hills. He worked for many years as the organist at St. Gemma Catholic Church, until being hired by the founding pastor of St. Genevieve Catholic Church, Fr. Wolber. Henry agreed to "wear two hats" and served the parish as not only the organist, but also the maintenance technician. At the time of his death, Henry had been a church organist for 50 years! With his excellent work ethic, Henry pleasantly fulfilled whatever task he was asked to do. He will be dearly missed by many, including his good friend and housemate-- Jim, St. Genevieve's pastor, Fr. Vogan, along with the staff and entire parish community. Friends will gather on Sunday, January 23rd from 12 Noon to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. A ROSARY will be prayed at 3 p.m. Henry will be in-state on Monday morning 10:15 a.m. at St. Genevieve Catholic Church, until the time of Mass, 11 a.m. Henry will be buried at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights. Please share a thought or memory.
