George Edward Conley, age 81, of Livonia, Michigan passed away peacefully on Monday, June 2. He was born November 4, 1932 in Mount Clare, West Virginia. A veteran of the Korean War, George drove a truck for over 20 years. He was a devout member of Clarenceville United Methodist Church, where he served as an usher for many years and at one time was the church food director. George had a passion for cooking, and could always put a smile on someone’s face by telling jokes. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Margaret Louise Conley, his parents, Arlie Odell Conley and Violet Marie Conley, and sister, Flora Mayes. He is survived by his son David Conley (Terry) and his two grandchildren Holly Bagley (David) and April Conley. MANNS-FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME has handled initial arrangements, and George's body has been transported to the Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel in Buckhannon, West Virginia. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 6, 2014, from 1 until 2 PM, at the Heavner and Cutwright Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held immediately following the visitation at the Rocky Ford Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Robert F.
