Frank Arthur Clark

Frank died on May 11th at the age of 86. He is survived by a dear brother, Raymond, and two dear sisters, Gertrude Murray and Evelyn Brehm. Frank was a vital and tireless advocate for the rights of people with disabilities, and received many honors from groups including the Michigan Civil Rights Commission, SMART (regional transportation authority,) Family & Neighborhood Services, and A.D.A. advocates. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday May 14th from 2-9 pm. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm. Frank will be buried in a private service at White Chapel Cemetery.
