Dorothy Mary Smith

Passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2013 at the age of 90.

A long-time resident of Redford Township, Dorothy began a career in banking right out of high school. She began as a teller at the Farmington Bank which later became NBD. Working her way up to a managerial position (the bank became Chase Bank), Dorothy stayed with Chase until her retirement.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her brothers; Wesley, Arthur and Alan.

She is survived by her sister-in law Eleanor Smith, along with several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Dorothy will be on Saturday, November 16, from 1 until 5 pm with the service at 5 pm.
