Donald Elmer Thompson

Passed away on January 12, 2012 at the age of 85 at Angela Hospice in Livonia. Donald was a veteran in the United States Army and an avid black powder shooting enthusiast. He is survived by his loving wife Alma and their children Michael D. (Colette), Cheryl (Michael) Jeziorowski, Donald (Charlotte), Taryn Dickson and Eric (Brenda). Dear grandfather of Paul, Kevin, Adam, Ryan, Nicole and Rebecca and great grandfather of Autumn, Colin, Norah, Lauren, Kelsie and Cecelia. He was the brother of Luella Connelly and the late Harvey and Dorothy. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 15, from 12 noon until 4 pm and on Monday from 2 until 8 pm. Donald will be In State at 9 am until time of service at 10 am, on Tuesday, January 17, at Bethel Baptist Church 29475 6 Mile Road, Livonia. Please share a memory or thought with the family.
