April 24, 1944 — November 30, 2024

Highland

Diana Forynski (Maheu, Beyett), 80, of Highland, Michigan, passed away November 30, 2024. She was born in Wixom, Michigan on April 24, 1944 to Thomas Romeo Maheu and Lois Belle (nee. Walters). Diana graduated from Walled Lake Western High School.

Diana was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She worked hard so her family could have everything they needed. She loved her family more than anything, especially her grandkids. Some of her favorite activities were puzzles, shopping, watching love stories, reading books, all things Elvis, and surprising people with gifts. Everywhere she went, she had a presence that was larger than life. She loved humor and making people laugh, it’s a trait that she passed down to her kids and grandkids.

Diana is survived by her children, Mitchell (Linda) and Shaunna; grandchildren, Sierra, Kyra, Morgan, Kennedy and Colton Gene; great grandchildren, Kaylee and Cherish; sisters, Teresa and Lois; brothers, Charles and Pete, along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Beyett; mother, Lois; father, Thomas; brother, Glen; sisters, Doris, Nancy, Juanita and Marie.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 14th, with visiting from 9:30 until the time of mass at 10:00 AM at St. Priscilla Catholic Church, 19120 Purlingbrook, Livonia 48152.
