David Thomas Strasser

David Thomas Strasser passed away November 29, 2018 at the age of 72.   He is the dear father of Michelle “Shelly” (Matt) and Shannon (Rob); beloved grandfather of Julian, Gavin, Lucas and Riley; cherished brother of James (Debbie), Robert (Laura) and Diane (Mike); loving uncle of Steve, Angela, Jason, Mesha, Maureen, Anthony “Tony”, Lisa and Joe.   David was preceded in death by his parents Clifton and Elizabeth.   Visitation for David will be held Monday, December 3, 2018 from 2:00 – 8:00pm with a time of Remembrance at 6:30pm at Manns Family Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt Livonia, 48154.   The Committal Service will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 1:30pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery with Military Honors.   The family would like to thank all of the friends who have been angels in David’s life.   Memorial donations in memory of David may be made to the Livonia Goodfellows at www.livoniagoodfellows.org/ or Alcoholics Anonymous at www.aa.org
