Charles Hoyt Anderson

Charles Hoyt Anderson was 94 years of age at the time of his death, in Bloomfield Twp. He was born the son of a farmer on March 1, 1918, in Ephraim, Utah. Hoyt got his undergraduate degree from Snow College in Ephraim and a PhD from Harvard University in 1951. He was an executive in labor relations at Ford Motor Company for 29 years. Hoyt was married to Ruth Spencer Anderson for 68 years before she predeceased him on September 3rd 2006. He is survived by his children: Spencer (Anne), Richard (Rachel), and Theron (Kendra). Hoyt was predeceased by his daughter Carol Lynn Eaton and son Charles Gary Anderson. He proudly enjoyed 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Services were private.
