Alicia Renee Schaldenbrand

Alicia Renee Schaldenbrand, 38, of Redford Township, Michigan, passed away on January 16, 2024.

Alicia was born in Detroit on September 4,1985 to Joseph L. Schaldenbrand and the late Kymm K. In 2003, she graduated from Warren Woods Tower High School and continued on to receive her associate degree in broadcasting from Specs Howard School of Media Arts. She worked in the service industry for Burger King for many years. 

As a hobby, Alicia enjoyed reading and writing short stories and poetry; her favorite poet was Edgar Allen Poe. Alicia's favorite day was Halloween, for which she often donned her Sally costume. It was a holiday she wanted to celebrate all year long. She loved watching her favorite movie, “The Nightmare Before Christmas” with family and friends. “Just because I cannot see it, doesn’t mean I can’t believe it.”

Alicia is survived by her father, Joseph L. Schaldenbrand (Rosemary Csizmadia); brother, Joseph L. Schaldenbrand, Jr. (Kayla Kammer); nieces Ellie and Kinsley, and nephew, Maverick; aunt, Anna Perosky (Calvin Sieloff); aunt, Sherill Price (Emil Bokik); uncle, Robert Fullerton (Louise); aunt, Laura Csizmadia; aunt, Dolores Nixon; uncle, Louis Csizmadia, and other family and friends.

Visitation is Monday, January 22, 2024 from 2-8 pm. Prayer service and rosary will be held at 6 pm.
