Albie Joseph Labarge

ALBIE was 87 years of age at the time of his death, at home. He has joined his beloved wife, Gwendolyn, who passed away on June 1st of this year. Albie and Gwen are survived by their loving children: Gerianne (Charles) Anglin, David LaBarge, and Elizabeth "Beth" LaBarge. They will also be greatly missed by grandchildren: CJ (Katharine), and Chad. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, on Thursday, September 27th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 that evening. Albie will be In State for final visiting on Friday morning at 10:45 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:30 a.m. at St. Genevieve-St. Maurice Catholic Church located at 29015 Jamison St. (off Middlebelt Road, just south of 5 Mile Road) in Livonia. Fr. Howard Vogan will preside at the Mass, which will be followed by a U.S. military honor guard. Memorials are suggested to the Lions Club High Nooners, and envelopes are available at the funeral home. Please share a thought or memory.
