Alan Lewis Smith

Alan passed away peacefully on September 15, 2011 at the age of 79 at home with family around him. Born in Livonia to Frank and Cora Smith, who have preceded him in death along with his two brothers Wesley and Art. Alan made his home in Livonia with his beloved wife Eleanor where they raised their children Timothy, Diane (Angel) Gonzalez, Matthew (Denise). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Rebecca, Justin B., Tracie, Justin G. and Ian. Dear brother of Dorothy Smith. Visitation will be on Friday September 16, from 2 until 9pm, with evening service at 7pm. Alan will be in State on Saturday September 17, at 9:30am until time of Mass at 10am at St. Priscilla Catholic Church 19120 Purlingbrook, Livonia. Burial will take place a Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. Please share a memory or condolence with the family.
